Shouldn't be getting a notification from this since tim's already notified but hasn't check anything yet so multiple notification for the same thing would be annoying

Yep worked like a charm.
When I mark all notifications as read,
a new reply pushed a new browser notification, but if i don't check it, another reply to this topic does not generate another browser new notification.
